Import Process:

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Store:

Go to BigCommerce

Go to BigCommerce >> Stores Create a new record and enter the all api credentials and click on 'Import Store Details'.

After click on 'Import Store Details' you can see the details of related store in page 'Store Info'.

You can see the success or failure logs of related operation in page 'Logs'.

From 'Import/Export' page you can import or export any data.

From here also you can Import or Export any data.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Currency:

In my BigCommerce, only one currency is currently set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'currencies' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Configuration >> Currencies
Here you can see the imported currencies and in the 'BigCommerce Info' page you can see the all related information of currency from BigCommerce.

Click on 'Update From BigCommerce' button if you want to update currency from BigCommerce to Odoo.

From tree view also you can update record in bulk at once.

Click on 'Update In BigCommerce' button if you want to update currency from Odoo to BigCommerce.

From tree view also you can update record in bulk at once.

Click on 'Delete' button If you want to delete record from Odoo to BigCommerce.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Category:

In my BigCommerce, there are 6 Category is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Product Categories' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Product Info >> Product Category
Here you can see the imported Category.

Open any category , in the 'BigCommerce Info' tab you can see the category information.

By Click on button 'Update in BigCommerce' you can update the category in BigCommerce.

By Click on button 'Delete in BigCommerce' you can delete the category in BigCommerce.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Brand:

In my BigCommerce, there are 3 Brands is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Brands' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Product Info >> Brands
Here you can see the imported Brands.

Open any brands , here you can see the brand information.

By Click on button 'Update on BigCommerce' you can update the brand in BigCommerce.
By Click on button 'Delete from BigCommerce' you can delete the brand in BigCommerce.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Product:

In my BigCommerce, there are 13 Products is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Products' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Product Info >> Products
Here you can see the imported products with images and it's variants.

Go to BigCommerce >> Product Info >> Product Variants
Here you can see the imported product variants.

Open any products ,in the 'BigCommerce' page you can see the product information.

By Click on button 'Import Image' you can import the image manually.

By Click on button 'Import Variants' you can import the variants manually.

By Click on button 'Update Product In BigCommerce' you can update the product in BigCommerce from Odoo.

By Click on button 'Delete Product In BigCommerce' you can delete the product in BigCommerce.

From tree view also you can perform this two operation for bulk records.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Customer:

In my BigCommerce, only 1 customer is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Customers' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Customers
Here you can see the imported customer.

Open customer ,in the 'BigCommerce Info' page you can see the customer information.

By Click on button 'Update customer in BigCommerce' you can update the customer from odoo to BigCommerce manually.

By Click on button 'Delete customer in BigCommerce' you can delete the customer from odoo to BigCommerce manually.

By Click on button 'Update Customer In BigCommerce' you can update the customer in BigCommerce from Odoo in bulk.

In my BigCommerce, only 1 customer address is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Customer Address' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Customers and open any customer
Here you can see the imported customer address.

From here also you can export the customer address by Click on button 'Export Customer Address'.

By Click on button 'Update address in BigCommerce' you can update the customer address from odoo to BigCommerce manually.

By Click on button 'Delete Address In BigCommerce' you can delete the customer address from odoo to BigCommerce manually.

By Click on button 'Update BigCommerce Address' you can update the customer address in BigCommerce from Odoo in bulk.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Tax:

In my BigCommerce, there are 4 tax classes is set up.

In my BigCommerce, there are 1 tax rates is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Tax Rates' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Configuration >> Taxes
Here you can see the imported taxes.

Go to BigCommerce >> Configuration >> Taxes and open any tax
Here you can see in the 'Default Tax Class' the amount is set 20% as the tax rate set in the BigCommerce for 'Default Tax Class' .

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Location:

In my BigCommerce, only 1 Location is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Locations' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Configuration >> Locations
Here you can see the imported Locations.

Open Any Location and from 'BigCommerce Info' page ypu can see the information of location.

By Click on button 'Update To BigCommerce' you can update location from odoo to Bigcommerce.

By Click on button 'Delete To BigCommerce' you can delete location from odoo to Bigcommerce.

You can update locations in bulk by click on button 'Update Locations To BigCommerce'.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Shipping:

In my BigCommerce, only 1 Shipping Zone is set up.

In my BigCommerce, there are 2 shipping method is enable.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Shipping Zone' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Configuration >> Shipping Zone
Here you can see the imported Shipping Zone.

Open any Shipping Zone
Here you can see the Shipping Zone details.
By Click on Button 'Update From Bigcommerce' you can update shipping zone from Bigcommerce to odoo

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Inventory:

In my BigCommerce, only for product '[Sample] Smith Journal 13' stock is set up.

Here you can see in location 'Default Location' for product '[Sample] Smith Journal 13' current stock 120 is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Inventory' and click on 'Import'.

Go to Inventory >> Operations >> Physical Inventory
Here you can see the imported inventory for product '[Sample] Smith Journal 13' with location 'WH/Default location' and on hand quantity '120'.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Sync Order:

In my BigCommerce, see the available order status.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Order Statuses' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Sale Order >> Order Statuses
Here you can see the imported order statuses.

In my BigCommerce, only 1 order is set up.

Click on 'Import Data' and from 'Import Data Type' choose option 'Orders' and click on 'Import'.

Go to BigCommerce >> Sale Order >> Order
Here you can see the imported orders.

Open any Sale Order
Here you can see the all details of orders.
By click on button 'Update Order In BigCommerce' you can update the order from odoo to BigCommerce manually.
By click on button 'Get Order Status' you can get the order status from BigCommerce to odoo manually.

You can update order in bulk from Bigcommerce to odoo by click on button 'Update From BigCommerce'. You can update order in bulk from odoo to Bigcommerce by click on button 'Update To BigCommerce'.

You can also import order using date.

Here you Can Enter custom Prefix for your Bigcommerce store Orders.

From here you can configure options for auto create customer and auto create products if the customer or product not exist in odoo at the time of order creation if option is enable otherwise you get notification.

Export Process:

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Category:

Click on 'Export Data' and from 'Export Data Type' choose option 'Categories' and click on 'Export'.

- In Bigcommerce we can see the exported categories.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Product:

Click on 'Export Data' and from 'Export Data Type' choose option 'Products' and click on 'Export'.

- In Bigcommerce we can see the exported products with it's image and variants.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Customer:

Click on 'Export Data' and from 'Export Data Type' choose option 'Customers' and click on 'Export'.

- In Bigcommerce we can see the exported customers.

- Click on 'Export Data' and from 'Export Data Type' choose option 'Customer Addresses' and click on 'Export'.

- In Bigcommerce we can see the related customer address in customer address book.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Location:

GO to Inventory >> Configuration >> Locations Select the Location you want to export to BigCommerce and click button 'Export Location To BigCommerce'.

- From here selet the store and click 'Confirm' Button.

- In BigCommerce you can see the Exported Locations.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Inventory:

Click on 'Export Data' and from 'Export Data Type' choose option 'Inventory' and click on 'Export'.

In BigCommerce stock is exported in the related location.

Odoo To BigCommerce Integration Export Webhook/Schedule:

Go to Bigcommerce >> Stores The 'Schedule Action' page allows you to configure a schedule for product imports. You can also customize the time, and update or delete these schedules.

- Go to Bigcommerce >> Stores Navigate to 'Webhooks' page Here You can create or delete Webhooks for Orders and Products and Inventory. You'll receive real-time updates for order or product changes, and Odoo will automatically reflect those changes.
