✦ Odoo Miro Boards
- Go to Miro Connector >> Configurations.
Select your configuration, then navigate to Miro Settings >> Miro Data Configuration >> Boards.
- To bring your Miro boards into Odoo, Enable Import Boards then simply click the Import Boards button.
- Odoo will automatically fetch all available boards from your Miro account. Once the import is finished, you'll see a notification confirming that your boards have been successfully added.
- To view the imported boards, go to Miro Connector, then select Home, and click on Boards.
- Navigate to the Miro Board, To fetch the board's shares, click the Get Shares button. The fetched shares will be available under the Shares section.
- Click on the "Add Shares" button to easily share the selected board with your team members. You can assign or update their Roles and Permissions Once done, the updated sharing settings will be applied instantly.
- If you no longer want a user to have access to a shared board, simply click the "Delete from Miro" button. This will remove their access from both Odoo and the Miro board instantly.
- If you wish to permanently remove a Miro board and its link from Odoo, click the "Delete from Miro" button. This will ensure the board is deleted from Miro and no longer accessible within Odoo as well.
- If you want to create a new board in both Odoo and Miro, simply click on the "Create Board" button then New Board. A new board will be generated and automatically synced between Miro and Odoo, making it easy to start collaborating right away.
- If you want Miro boards to be regularly and automatically fetched into Odoo without manual effort, simply enable the "Auto Import Boards" option. After that, choose how often you want the import to happen , and then click the "Create Schedule Action" button.
- To keep board sharing details in sync between Miro and Odoo, enable the "Auto Import Board Shares" option. After that, choose how often you want the import to happen , and then click the "Create Schedule Action" button.
- To view or edit the content of a Miro board, first, navigate to the board by going to Miro Connector > Home > Boards. Once there, simply click on the "View Board" button to open the board.
- Any changes you make directly on the Miro board will be automatically reflected in Odoo as well. Similarly, any updates made in Odoo will sync with the Miro board, ensuring both platforms stay in sync and up to date.
- To export board details from Odoo to Miro, first ensure that the Export Boards option is enabled.
- Then, navigate to Miro Connector > Home > Boards, select the boards you want to export, and click on the "Export Boards to Miro". Once the export is complete, you will receive a notification confirming the successful export of the selected boards.
- If you want Miro boards created or updated in Odoo to be regularly and automatically pushed to Miro without manual steps, simply enable the "Auto Export Boards" option After that, choose how often you want the export to happen, and then click the "Create Schedule Action" button.
- You can easily track all related activities and updates by checking the Logs section.

- To bring your Miro Organizations into Odoo, Enable Import Organizations then simply click the Import Organizations button.
- Odoo will automatically fetch all available Organizations linked to your Miro account. Once the import is complete, a notification will appear confirming that your organizations have been successfully added.
- To view the imported Organizations , go to Miro Connector, then select Home, and click on Organization.
- To view the boards under a specific organization, first navigate to the desired organization from the list. Then, click on the Boards button to see all the Miro boards associated with that organization.
- To view the teams under a specific organization, first navigate to the desired Organization, Then, click on the Teams button to see all the Miro Teams associated with that organization.
- To view the projects under a specific organization, first navigate to the desired Organization, Then, click on the Projects button to see all the Miro Projects associated with that organization.
- To Automatically Import Organizations from Miro to Odoo,
- Enable Auto Import Organizations. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Schedule Action button to automate the sync.
- To Automatically Import Organization Members from Miro to Odoo,
- Enable Auto Import Organizations Members. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Schedule Action button to automate the sync.
- You can easily track all related activities and updates by checking the Logs section.
✦ Odoo Miro Users

- To bring your Miro Users into Odoo, Enable Import Users then simply click the Import Users button.
- Odoo will automatically fetch all available Users linked to your Miro account. Once the import is complete, a notification will appear confirming that Users have been successfully added.
- To view the imported Users , go to Miro Connector, then select Home, and click on Users.
- Navigate to User. To Deactivate a user in Miro, simply click the Deactivate User button. This will immediately disable the user's access without removing their information from the system.
- To Reactivate a user in Miro, simply click the Reactivate User button. This will restore the user's access and allow them to use the system again. It's a quick way to bring users back without needing to re-enter their details.
- To completely remove a Miro account from both Odoo and Miro, click the Remove Account From Miro button. This action will disconnect the account from Odoo and delete its access from Miro as well. Make sure you no longer need the account linked before proceeding, as this action cannot be undone.
- To Automatically Import Users from Miro to Odoo,
- Enable Auto Import Users. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Schedule Action button to automate the sync.
- To export Users from Odoo to Miro, first, make sure to enable the Export Users option.
- Next, go to the Miro Connector >> Home >> Users and select the users you want to export to Miro.
- Once you've selected the users, simply click on the Export Users to Miro button to send them to your Miro account.
- After the export is complete, you'll see a confirmation notification indicating that the users have been successfully exported.
- To Automatically Export Users from Odoo to Miro,
- Enable Auto Export Users. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Scheduled Action button to automate the sync.

- To view the imported Teams , go to Miro Connector, then select Teams.
- Navigate to Team. To fetch the Team's shares, click the Get Shares button. The fetched shares will be available under the Shares section.
- To share a Team with specific users, click on the "Add Shares" button. You can assign or update their Roles and Permissions Once done, the updated sharing settings will be applied instantly.
- If you no longer want a user to have access to a shared Team, simply click the "Delete from Miro" button.This will remove their access from both Odoo and the Miro Team instantly.
- If you want to import the settings and sharing policies of a Team from Miro into Odoo, simply click on the "Get Settings" button.
- This will fetch the current configuration of the selected Team, including user access permissions, roles, and other team-related preferences.
- Once the import is complete, all settings will be reflected in Odoo, ensuring consistency with your Miro Team configuration.
- If you want to remove a Team from both Miro and Odoo, simply click the "Delete from Miro" button.
- This action will permanently delete the selected Team and its associated data from both platforms. Use this option with caution, as the deleted Team cannot be restored once removed.
- To Automatically Import Teams from Miro to Odoo ,
- Enable Auto Import Teams. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Scheduled Action button to automate the sync.
- To Automatically Import Team Members from Miro to Odoo ,
- Enable Auto Import Team Members. Then, specify the time interval and click the Create Scheduled Action button to automate the sync.
- To export Teams from Odoo to Miro, first, make sure to enable the Export Teams option.
- Next, go to the Miro Connector >> Teams and select the Teams you want to export to Miro.
- Once you've selected the Teams, simply click on the Export Teams to Miro button to send them to your Miro account.
- After the export is complete, you'll see a confirmation notification indicating that the Teams have been successfully exported.
